The General Terms and Conditions of the online store crnuce-svetpohistva.si, operated by Trianova trgovina doo (hereinafter referred to as the provider), have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We advise you to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions below before using the online store. By using the website crnuce-svetpohistva.si, you express your agreement with the stated terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please do not use the online store crnuce-svetpohistva.si. Trianova trgovina doo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on the website crnuce-svetpohistva.si at any time. All changes are binding on customers, so we recommend that you regularly review the General Terms and Conditions.
Upon making a purchase, or correctly completing the order form for goods, every visitor to the online store crnuce-svetpohistva.si also becomes a user, or buyer.
The general terms and conditions address the provider’s operations, user rights, as well as the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of using the website, as well as in the case of registration and at the time of purchase (submitting an online order). PAYMENT AFTER OFFER – with advance payment
If you want to pay for your order via an offer/proforma invoice, please indicate this on the order form. We will send you an offer or proforma invoice to your email address as soon as possible. You can then use this offer (via electronic banking, at a post office or bank counter, etc.) to pay for the ordered goods. Once the payment is reflected in our account, we will ship the goods to your address via a delivery service within the promised delivery time. However, if you have indicated personal collection in your order, we will contact you to collect the goods as soon as they are ready. We issue goods for personal collection at Cesta 24. junija 23, Ljubljana-Črnuče.
The provider issues an invoice on a durable medium, with itemized costs and information to the buyer on how to cancel the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible.
The purchase agreement (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server. One copy of this agreement is sent to the buyer in writing by email to the specified email address after the purchase has been successfully completed.PRICES AND DELIVERY TIMES

If the price of an item changes during order processing, the provider will allow the buyer to cancel the purchase.

We strive for the shortest delivery times, so we order goods immediately after order confirmation or advance payment, but due to preventive measures taken by suppliers and between countries, there may be deviations.LAST PIECES OF FURNITURE
Last pieces – are products that have a reduced price for an indefinite period of time or until stocks run out. After placing an order, we will confirm the stock in the warehouse and place the order for processing. With last pieces, it may happen that the product is not a complete set or that it has minor aesthetic damage caused by storage or exhibition display. By confirming the order, the buyer expressly accepts these potential defects and agrees that such a product does not fully meet the objective requirements for the conformity of new goods under ZVPot-1. If the last piece is no longer in saleable condition, the company has the right to terminate the sales contract and return any funds already paid to the buyer. Reservation of the last piece is possible only with 100% payment of the order.PURCHASE PROCESS
The purchasing process is simple and fast, it takes place in Slovenian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The user can select and order products from the product list. He must follow 6 (six) quick steps:
- Product selection – when ordering some products, the user must first select the appropriate dimension and color and only then add the product to the cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” link. The system informs the user that the product has been successfully added to the cart. If they want to continue shopping, they click on the “Continue shopping” link and return to the online store.
If the user wants to complete the purchase, they click on the “Proceed to checkout” link on the right and the system takes them to the shopping cart, where they can purchase the product. - Cart overview – on the screen, the user can review the items that he has previously added to the cart. For each product, he can change the desired quantity (by clicking on the “+” or “-” symbols) or remove the desired product from the cart (by clicking on the “trash can” symbol). Under the selected products, the purchase amount excluding VAT, tax and the total purchase amount are listed.
- Delivery address – after a successful purchase, the user must enter a delivery address. After entering the address, the system redirects the user to the delivery selection page.
- Delivery and Terms of Business – The user selects the delivery method. To continue the purchase process, they must also agree to and accept the terms of business; this is done by checking the box in front of the text “I agree to and accept the terms of business.”. The payment selection page follows.
- Payment selection – In this step, the user is shown the payment methods with which he can make a purchase. The user can find more information about payments and payment methods in the section “Payment methods – payment terms”.
- Review and finalize the order – In the last step, the user can review the information about the ordered products, the delivery method and the payment for the product. To confirm the order, the user must click on the “Confirm order” link and thus complete the purchase process.
If the order is successfully submitted, the user will see the text “Your order has been placed” on the website. In addition, the user will receive an email to the provided email address with the order details and a message that the order has been accepted. This means that the order has not yet been finally confirmed or shipped!
The order is finally recorded and sent for processing only when the buyer receives a payment confirmation message to their email address.
When paying by bank transfer, the buyer will receive an invoice and information on how to transfer the funds to the seller’s account via email. The order will only be shipped when the seller receives the full purchase amount from the buyer.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS
The consumer has 14 days to notify the company that they are withdrawing from the contract , without having to give a reason for their decision.
The CONSUMER must return the received goods no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The goods may be returned or handed over to the company or a person authorized by the company to collect the goods, unless the company offers to collect the returned goods itself. In connection with the withdrawal from the contract, he only covers the costs of returning the goods or digital content supplied on a tangible data carrier , unless these costs are covered by the company or unless the company informs the consumer in advance that he will be charged the cost.
The COMPANY must return all payments received, including postage, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal (excluding payments made by the consumer, e.g. to the bank for a transfer). The Company may withhold the refund of payments received until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back (unless the Company offers to collect the returned goods himself). The refund to the consumer shall be made using the same means of payment as the consumer used, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to the use of another means of payment (e.g. agreed to the Company’s proposal received) and the consumer does not incur any costs as a result.

USAGE COSTS (depreciation)
The consumer may only examine and test the product to the extent strictly necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning (as in a physical store). When the product is used beyond this extent (e.g. sleeping on a mattress for several days, partial or complete assembly of furniture), the company may reduce the refund amount proportionately due to the diminished value of the product.
A deduction is only permissible if the consumer has been clearly informed about the right of withdrawal and the consequences of excessive use before the purchase. The deduction must be reasonable, justified and documented (not punitive).General accounting rules
- We assess the actual condition of the product upon return (visual inspection, functional test).
- The deduction is based on the costs of returning the item to a saleable condition (cleaning, new packaging, replacement parts) and the reduced market value due to use or damage.
- We always prepare a report on the condition with photos and a statement of costs.
- If the consumer returns the product undamaged, with all accessories and in appropriate packaging, the deduction is generally €0.
Assessment process
- Receiving and photographing the product, packaging and accessories.
- A note about signs of use (scratches, screw holes, stains, odor, etc.).
- Calculation: (a) rehabilitation costs + (b) percentage depreciation due to use.
- We send the consumer a written explanation with the calculation and amount of the refund.

We recommend using a protective cover when testing. Mattresses can be returned even if the packaging has been opened; a reasonable discount will be applied if there are signs of use.

During assembly, there are screw marks and open packages. Keep all screws, accessories and packaging materials – missing parts increase the deduction.

If new original packaging or replacement parts are required, their documented cost is added to the deduction.When is there no deduction?
- If only a necessary test has been performed as in the store and there are no traces of use.
- If the consumer was not properly informed about the right of withdrawal and the consequences of excessive use before the purchase.
- If the decrease in value is due to an error, damage during delivery or incorrect information from us.
WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
- in contracts whose subject matter is goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s precise instructions or that have been adapted to his personal needs.
- If the order is placed by a legal or natural person engaged in a gainful activity, regardless of its legal organizational form or ownership, the provisions of this chapter do not apply to it. In these cases, we will consider your requests for the return of goods individually, taking into account all the reasons and circumstances, as well as the options provided to us by our suppliers, to the greatest extent possible.
- Products with physical damage that occurred when the buyer brought the product into the apartment or did not assemble it professionally.
REFUND
The company must refund the payments immediately or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The seller returns the payments received to the consumer using the same means of payment as the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.
If the purchase price was paid in cash, the refund will be made exclusively by transfer to the consumer’s transaction account (TRR), which the consumer must indicate on the refund form.
Cash refund is not possible.How do I properly check if the item fits me so that I can still return it?
When you receive the item, first make sure that the packaging is undamaged and carefully remove the packaging. Keep the packaging until you are sure that the item suits you and works without any problems. Check its basic functions without removing the protective films. Only remove them when you are absolutely sure that you intend to keep the item.
The consumer may not use the goods without hindrance until withdrawal from the contract. However, he may inspect and test the goods to the extent strictly necessary to determine the actual condition.DAMAGED GOODS
In the event of visible damage to the packaging or goods, the buyer’s complaint must be submitted to the provider or delivery service upon receipt of the goods. The buyer is not obliged to accept such goods and may refuse the shipment. In the event that the package is physically damaged, missing contents or shows signs of opening, or the products in the package are damaged, and the buyer has nevertheless accepted such a package, the buyer must initiate the complaint procedure with the delivery service or the provider. We will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible. We recommend that the buyer inspect the package and check the contents in the presence of the delivery person before accepting it.WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM
If upon receipt of the shipment you notice that the item or shipment is physically damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of being opened, then:Delivered by Slovenian Post
- You can file a claim for compensation with the Slovenian Post Office yourself. If you initiate the claim yourself, you must bring the shipment (packaging + contents) to your home Post Office, which delivered the item, no later than 30 days after receiving the shipment. You
must fill out a Report on Damaged Shipment at the Post Office, which you must also sign. After receiving all necessary documentation, a claim for compensation is submitted to the Slovenian Post Office. - If you would like to initiate the procedure through us, please contact us at 064 277 477 or via the online form , where you will arrange to pick up the damaged package at your address. When you pick up the package, you will also fill out a Damaged Shipment Report. When reporting damage, we will also need photos of the package, (inner) packaging, damaged item, postage label, and a description of the damage.
- The claim is processed by a commission at Pošta Slovenije and, based on the response or approval, the buyer is refunded the purchase price or ordered a new item. We strive to resolve the claim as soon as possible.

GUARANTEE
- Items have a warranty if stated so on the warranty card or invoice.
- The warranty is valid subject to following the instructions on the warranty card and upon presentation of the invoice.
- Do not throw away the original packaging until you have assembled the furniture. In the event of a complaint, we will need additional information, which can be found on the product packaging.
- Warranty periods are stated on the warranty cards or on the invoice.
- Warranty information is also listed on the product presentation page.
- If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty or the information is currently unknown. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider who will provide up-to-date information.
- Based on the warranty, the consumer can request free repair of the defect from the guarantor (manufacturer, importer or seller) within the warranty period.
- If the company does not correct the defect within a total period of 45 days, the consumer may request a replacement for a new, flawless product.
- If the company does not rectify the defect and does not replace the product, the consumer may withdraw from the contract and request a refund of the purchase price from the seller or request a proportional refund of the purchase price.
- Therefore, if repair of the product under warranty is not possible or takes more than 45 days, the consumer can request a replacement for the same new, flawless product.
- If such a product is no longer available or can no longer be supplied (and therefore the request for replacement would be impossible to fulfill), the customer may withdraw from the contract and request a refund of the purchase price from the seller.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Inappropriate uses – inappropriate basis or purposes of use,
- Defects and damage caused by improper assembly of the product,
- Premature wear caused by incorrect assembly,
- If the buyer did not follow the instructions for use,
- If the buyer has handled the product in an unprofessional or negligent manner,
- If the product has been used in an unsuitable environment (cold, heat, humidity, dust…),
- Physical injuries,
- Wear and tear due to use,
- Defects resulting from incorrect, inappropriate and negligent use of the item, mechanical damage (e.g. damage caused by sharp objects, twisting, squeezing, falls, etc.).
The warranty also does not cover defects caused during transport after delivery, defects due to incorrect installation or maintenance, mechanical defects caused by the user or as a result of normal long-term use, defects caused by electrical surges (including lightning strikes), force majeure, inadequate cleaning, etc. We do not guarantee any damage (loss of profit, business interruption, etc.) resulting from the use or inability to use the product. In the event that the warranty claim is unjustified, the buyer is obliged to pay the incurred costs.
ENFORCEMENT OF NON-CONFORMITY OF GOODS
The chapter on non-conformity of goods applies to sales contracts concluded after the Consumer Protection Act came into force (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 130/22, ZVPot-1), i.e. after and including the date 26.01.2023.
The seller is responsible for any non-conformities that the goods had at the time of delivery.
The seller is not liable for non-conformity of the goods if the seller has specifically informed the consumer that an individual property of the goods deviates from the objective requirements for conformity and the consumer has expressly and separately accepted this deviation (used goods).
If the installation is an integral part of the sales contract and is carried out or is the responsibility of the seller, any lack of conformity resulting from incorrect installation of the goods shall be considered a lack of conformity of the goods.
If the consumer incorrectly installs goods that he has to install himself due to inadequate installation instructions provided by the seller or, in the case of goods with digital elements, by the seller or the company supplying the digital content or digital service, any lack of conformity resulting from the incorrect installation of the goods shall be considered a lack of conformity of the goods.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods (the first year the burden of proof is on the seller, the second year the burden of proof is on the buyer).
If the subject of the sales contract is used goods, the seller and the consumer may agree on a shorter period of the seller’s liability, but not less than one year.
The consumer (natural person) may exercise their rights arising from non-conformity if they notify the seller of the non-conformity within two months from the date on which the non-conformity was discovered.
If the existence of non-conformity of the goods is disputed, the seller shall notify the consumer in writing within eight days of receiving the claim.
The chapter on non-conformity of goods applies to sales contracts concluded after the Consumer Protection Act came into force (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 130/22, ZVPot-1), i.e. after and including the date 26.01.2023.
FURNITURE USER GUIDE
- The furniture must be assembled according to the enclosed instructions. The product is intended for indoor use, with a normal temperature of 18 – 23 °C and 55 – 75% relative humidity.
- Furniture must be at least 100 cm away from the heat source and protected with a heat insulator. The furniture is intended for normal use and cannot withstand excessive loads.
- Fabrics should be cleaned and protected with products intended for and suitable for the product material.
- Clean wooden parts of the furniture with a soft cloth or cleaning products intended for cleaning wooden furniture.
- Clean chrome parts with chrome surface cleaner, and plastic parts with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Furniture should be moved so that it is lifted by two people and does not slide on the floor.
- The floor must be flat, otherwise the base must be additionally padded to prevent wrinkling or damage to the floor coverings.
TRANSPORTATION COST IN SLOVENIA

The delivery vehicle must have free access to the entrance, otherwise the delivery will be made at the nearest location where unloading is possible.
The cost of transportation is uniform throughout Slovenia.
DELIVERY TIME

Delivery is made during the week by 4:00 PM to the address you enter when placing your order.
We will call you one day before delivery and inform you of the approximate delivery time. - Pošta Slovenije
Delivery is made during the week until 4:00 p.m. to the address you enter when placing the order.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the Pošta Slovenije delivery person will leave a message on the basis of which you will arrange for a redelivery or collection. If Pošta Slovenije delivers, the goods will be waiting for you to collect at the nearest postal unit.
DELIVERY SPEED
How quickly your ordered goods will arrive depends on many factors.
If the ordered goods are in stock in our warehouse and you place your order by 10 am, the goods will be shipped from our side the same day.
If we do not have any of the ordered items in stock, your shipment will be shipped the same day as we receive the items in stock.
Our sales representatives will inform you via email or phone about the stock status, the estimated delivery time and the delivery time.
Delivery is made by the delivery service, usually the next working day from the day of dispatch, but no later than within three working days.
Due to force majeure, or unforeseen events beyond our control (road conditions, delivery vehicle breakdown, driver illness, etc.), the agreed delivery time may be extended. We will inform you of this as soon as possible.

After you have previously placed an online order, where you have selected personal pickup as the delivery/collection method, we will prepare the goods for your orders within the agreed delivery time at the specified pick-up location, the operating hours are written below on each page. As soon as the products are ready, we will notify you by email, SMS message, or call to your phone number.FURNITURE ASSEMBLY
Do you want to renovate your apartment or house, but you don’t have enough time to assemble furniture? In this case, we can provide you with the contact information of external partners who deal with furniture assembly. Furniture assembly is in most cases very demanding, so it is best to have it done by experienced professionals.
Notice: crnuce-svetpohistva.si does not perform furniture assembly and does not assume any responsibility for it. Our task is to deliver the furniture to you and, if necessary, provide the contact information of an external contractor, with whom you can then agree on the conditions and implementation of the assembly.
